Volunteering

 Of course! We are in the process of renovating our new facility and there are TONS of ways to help there like painting, putting down flooring, building fencing, constructing play yards etc., as well as routine things like mowing the grass. Once we move dogs into the building there will be laundry, dishes, preparing the dog’s food, cleaning, and other daily tasks. We also have plans to be very involved in the community with a pet food pantry, educational sessions, vaccine clinics and more, so there will be a wealth of opportunities coming soon! 

  Until we get our facility renovated you can help with dogs at events or take one for a field trip! We have lots of suggestions for places our dogs might enjoy and would love to hear your ideas as well. Once we move dogs into the new facility we will need people to spend time with them playing, walking, napping, reading to them….they love time with hoomans! 

 Absolutely! She will need a parent or guardian with her if she has any direct contact with the dogs, but there are things she can do on her own like talk to people at events, make enrichment toys and treats for the dogs, sort supplies, and more!
